Senior Project Manager with overall responsibility for the on site delivery of a £50m Build To Rent (BTR), project in central Manchester. The project comprises of 237 apartments set over 4 different blocks. Block 1- 10 stories, R C Frame to first floor RC transfer deck, underground basement, new HV and LV supplies. Metsec framing system from level 1 to roof level. Block 2 -12 stories RC Frame, Block 3 and 4 RC Frame up to 4 stories. All blocks consist of traditional external leaf facade with full brick, window with spandral panels and external balconies.Landscaped areas with associated section 278 highway works and section 104, 106 and 50 works with new drainage connections conclude the project.
