The Manager for Chicago Early Learning Workforce Scholarship supports the CEL Workforce Scholarship effort collaborative initiative with the Mayor’s Office of Early Learning, Chicago Public Schools and the Department of Family and Support Services to support the growth of the early childhood workforce and to increase access to coursework and credentials for educators who enroll in early childhood higher education programs. In partnership with these agencies, the Manager of CEL Scholarship works with City and State agencies to support the development of pathways and administer scholarships on those pathways to build the early childhood workforce.
