Interim / Fractional Leadership – Offering hands-on HR leadership during times of transformation, growth, or transition. Recent Assignments have included; Accelerated hiring and talent acquisition activities to help the business scale and provided a proactive HR consultancy to fast-growing privately-owned technology start up (c.50 FTE). Provided HR business partnering support. Designed and implemented a Group Reward strategy and a Talent & Succession framework for a Private Equity owned start up Banking organization (c.400 FTE). Most recent interim assignment - I led strategic people initiatives to drive business growth, elevate the employee experience, and embed a culture of inclusion and innovation. Partnering closely with senior leadership, I aligned HR strategy with business objectives to ensure the organization had the right talent, capabilities, and structures in place to scale. My remit spanned recruitment, talent development, secondments, transformation, and engagement—supporting the creation of high-performing, future-ready teams. I also led HR teams across Canada while expanding our HR strategy to stand up a potential new European hub.
