Presently, I hold the position of Insights Program Manager within LinkedIn\'s Sales Tooling and Scaled Insights team. Our primary focus revolves around creating advanced tools and generating valuable insights for pre and post-sales processes, catering to diverse LinkedIn products like LinkedIn Talent Insights, LinkedIn Jobs, and LinkedIn Learning.In this influential capacity, I oversee a highly skilled data science team, leading intricate data science projects and fostering close partnerships with cross-functional teams, including sales, data engineers, and software engineers. My approach relies on evidence-based strategies to deliver results-oriented qualitative and quantitative insights, playing a pivotal role in shaping platform strategies.On a day-to-day basis, my responsibilities entail constructing, expanding, and maintaining metrics, dashboards, and sales tools to cater to a broad spectrum of users and functions. Delving into extensive datasets, I unearth valuable trends and critical insights that propel the success of our sales initiatives. Additionally, I serve as a crucial link between business, product design, UI/UX, and our multi-functional engineering teams, ensuring the smooth and efficient delivery of high-quality technical implementations.Collaboration lies at the core of my work, forging close partnerships with the sales team and engineering department to define data collection, reporting requirements, metrics, and aggregates for analysis, ETLs, reporting, experimentation, and machine learning. Moreover, I actively collaborate with business, marketing, product, and executive teams, regularly presenting and leading impactful QBR, WBR, and MBR sessions.With robust analytical skills, proficient in SQL, Python, and/or R for big data analysis and modeling, as well as expertise in statistics, A/B testing, and experimental design, I am fully equipped to tackle complex challenges and steer data-informed decision-making.Overall, my role enables me to create a significant impact by spearheading innovative solutions, harnessing data insights, and fostering collaboration within diverse teams to drive the success of our sales initiatives at LinkedIn.
