20 years of Software Development experience in various roles from Developer, Architect, Engineering Lead and Engineering Manager.2006 – Till date (12 years): Working with Microsoft, my current role is Senior Software Engineer in Windows team. 2004 – 2006 (2 years): Worked with Canon in their R&D division as Engineering Manager building software for Camera and Multifunctional Printers. 1998 – 2004 (6 years): Worked with Aithent Technology in their product division as Engineering Lead building UML tool called Konesa. My passion is software design and development. I have experience working on C/C++, C#.NET, Visual Basic, SQL Server, COM/DCOM, Java, JavaScript. Currently working on C/C++, COM/DCOM, kernel and user mode debugging. I am hardworking, self-motivated, process and result-oriented person. I continuously work on improvements whether at work or on personal front. To me “Quality is an experience which can’t be measured but sensed using your five senses i.e. see, touch, smell, hear and taste”.
