We are one of the largest wood flooring brands in China in terms of market share by retail sales value of branded wood flooring products.Our flooring products mainly include vinyl flooring, laminated flooring, engineered flooring. In addition to flooring products, we are also engaged in the businesses of manufacturing and sales of wooden doors, wardrobes, cabinets and wallpapers. We have established a sound and extensive sales network in China. As at 30 June 2020, we own 3,395 flooring stores, 895 wooden doors stores, 67 wardrobe and cabinet stores respectively.We have successfully positioned “Nature” as a high quality product, safe product as well as health and environmental-friendly product. Leveraging our strong brand, extensive distribution network, comprehensive home decoration product portfolio and flexible manufacturing model, we grew rapidly and gained market share in China for the past years.Currently, the Group has two business segments:(1) manufacturing and sale of flooring products; and (2) manufacturing and sale of customised home decoration products.
