   Ensure, monitor, and document that all structural, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) installations meet project specifications, building codes, and safety standards. • Performs daily inspections, manages non-conformance reports, & leads technical compliance meetings. • Develop and implement project-specific Quality Assurance/Quality Control plans, including inspection procedures and testing requirements. • Conduct, document, and manage daily clean walk inspections of critical infrastructure, including structural elements, MEP, and low-voltage systems. • Review drawings, specifications, submittals, and BIM models to ensure compliance. • Maintain detailed records and submit daily/weekly reports to stakeholders. • Identify quality deficiencies, issue non-conformance reports (NCRs), and track corrective actions through closure (Root Cause Analysis). • Coordinate and lead weekly quality meetings with subcontractors and consultants, and facilitate pre-installation meetings to mitigate issues. • Assist with the commissioning process to verify that equipment functions as intended. • Identify and resolve complex, on-site technical problems. • Lead on-site teams and enforce high standards of quality.
