ABOUT DARLYNN VINER

I have been in the mortgage business since 1996. The first ten years of my career were spent in Boston where I held every position from a processor to a mortgage originator. I also spent a few years as a mortgage underwriter. This helps me today because I look at loans from an underwriter\'s view point and I know the guidelines for the mortgage products that use. Many times I know what documentation is needed before the underwriter reviews the loan.At Republic State Mortgage we offer many different products so clients have options and can select a product that best fits their financial needs. I explain each product and show them examples of how the product works by showing them how it will effect their monthly payment. We spend as much time as it takes to find the best product for each client.
