   As a member of the Corporate Talent Development team, my responsibilities include the following- Assesses leadership development needs and provides recommendations for learning blueprint- Consults with assigned internal customers, understanding current issues and strategic goals to make recommendations where leadership development initiatives can positively impact performance in relation to set objectives- Designs and develops learning content that includes the use of media and technology to enhance participant experience and transfer of knowledge and skills- Implements end to end learning programs, including accompanying communications strategies- Facilitates learning programs, meetings and events to transfer knowledge, and / or prepare for initiative rollout- Conducts in-person and virtual instructor led training sessions- Provides virtual production support as a part of a Facilitator / Producer virtual training model, using MS Teams, Adobe, Zoom and Webex- Conducts talent review and succession planning via Workday HCM. Ensures talent review and succession planning support long term corporate strategies- Supports high level corporate strategies – individual development plans, employee engagement initiatives, internship training / college programs and merger integration support- Leads projects and project personnel on an ad hoc basis for assigned corporate wide initiatives.(Workday Compensation, Payroll, HCM and Performance Implementations.)
