   Retreat Facilitators (RFs) consult on the Posse Plus Retreat (PPR) curriculum and facilitate said curriculum across Posse partner colleges and universities, working in collaboration with various teams. They are experienced facilitators who lead workshops and foster dialogue around complex social issues such as race, intersectionality, identity, etc.
