ABOUT DARLENE HELM
As a Client Services Manager at Carollo, I focus on strengthening client relationships, connecting clients with resources and ensuring exceptional service is provided. In my previous role as Deputy Director with Phoenix Water, I was responsible for planning and implementing the 5-year $2.5 billion Capital Program for the water utility. My experience includes project management of municipal water and wastewater infrastructure projects with a focus on pipelines, water pumping stations, potable water storage and drinking water wells. My experience includes all aspects of planning, permitting, engineering, construction, regulatory compliance, cost estimation, and reporting to the public.
