With over 22 years of experience in the energy sector, I am a senior manager of regulatory compliance at Tennessee Valley Authority (TVA), a federal corporation that provides electricity to millions of people across the Southeast. In this role, I oversee the compliance program for TVA\'s nuclear generation assets, ensuring that they meet the highest standards of safety, reliability, and environmental performance. I also lead the development and implementation of continuous process improvement initiatives, leveraging my skills in alternative energy, continuous process improvement, and human performance. Previously, I worked as a manager and director of performance improvement at Framatome, a global leader in nuclear energy, where I was responsible for driving operational excellence, enhancing human performance, and supporting regulatory audits. My mission is to contribute to the transition to a clean, secure, and affordable energy future, while maintaining the highest level of compliance and accountability. I value teamwork, innovation, and excellence, and I bring diverse perspectives and experiences to the table, having served as a naval officer and a nuclear engineer before joining the civilian sector.
