I am a Program/project manager living in the little town of Bastrop TX area and working 100% remotely as a Program/Project Manager in Humana\'s ISG space. As someone with an eye for detail and organization, I thrive on keeping projects running smoothly from kickoff through implementation. I have 20 years’ experience managing various project teams in the IT Infrastructure and Mainframe space. My experience working with cross-functional teams has taught me the importance of building trusted relationships and inspiring a shared project vision. I have project manager, program manager, delivery manager and scrum master certifications and can function well in a hybrid agile/waterfall/Kanban work style. I am very skilled at developing project plans, communicating expectations clearly, and building cross functional, self-motivated teams.
