As a seasoned professional with over 10 years of experience working in a technical capacity for Clark County, I am a solutions-focused critical thinker with great attention to detail and organizational skills. I excel at project management, utilizing various methodologies. My expertise in Microsoft Office tools and remote work technologies, ensures that I can effectively communicate and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels. I am an excellent communicator, both written and oral, and have a talent for public speaking and presentation. I have a proven track record of building relationships between IT and end-users and have worked with multiple departments in Clark County, ensuring successful project implementation and smooth operations. My expertise in writing project management documentation, including Statements of Work, Project Plans and Charters, Business Process Flows, and User Acceptance Test Scripts, highlights my attention to detail and commitment to quality. In addition to my technical and project management skills, I am also an experienced data analyst, with a strong proficiency in using Cognos Business Analytics and am moving into Microsoft Power platform applications. As a supervisor to a team of 11 business systems analysts and project managers, I have demonstrated strong leadership skills and the ability to coordinate system development for over 10 county departments.
