With over 20 years of experience spanning beauty, education, and franchise operations, I’ve built a career rooted in people, performance, and purpose. I became a licensed cosmetologist in 2008 and grew from managing independent salons to overseeing 100+ locations as an Operations Specialist at Great Clips Corporate, where I streamlined systems, trained leaders, and supported national expansion.Over the past three years, I’ve partnered with Waxxpot to strengthen franchise operations and drive brand growth, and I currently serve as a Franchise Business Coach at The Tox Technique, guiding studios through presales strategy, performance coaching, and operational excellence.Beyond franchising, I’ve founded and led curriculum development at private and nonprofit schools, including Lualima Community Microschool and Cosmic Roots Nature School, where I design nature-based learning programs that connect education, community, and creativity.At every stage of my journey, my goal has remained the same: to help people and organizations grow with clarity, confidence, and heart.
