Working closely with management, I help ensure compliance with state and local laws, and assist in drafting employment policies, benefits and contracts, such as restrictive covenants and confidentiality agreements.My extensive experience also includes organization and entity selection, structuring business ventures, developing shareholder and operating agreements, resolution of business disputes, commercial transactions, mergers and acquisitions, and joint ventures. In addition to my employment and business law practice, I am the Managing Principal of Stein Sperling’s Frederick, Maryland office.
