Senior Application Operations Engineer - Main focus: Sunrise GmbH (Switzerland)Proactively monitor systems to prevent issues, troubleshoot system errors and prioritize incidents for resolution.Daily cleanups and monitoring of order processing, network provisioning, billing inquires and general mobile telecommunication functionality for private and business customers.Investigate complaints, suggest remedies, and assist with implementation.Address user inquiries promptly and accurately.Ensure tasks are completed within SLA guidelines.Plan and execute daily and project operations, analyze and summarize operational data and trends.Identify and prioritize operational objectives for process improvement.Contribute to process optimization and propose solutions.Install, configure, and customize applications, adhering to change control procedures.Assess system requirements and propose enhancements.Initiate technical improvements for workload reduction and cost savings.Support the development and implementation of business goals.Maintain up-to-date documentation and seek approval for modifications.Share technical knowledge and enhance team expertise.Continuously learn and improve skills through training and industry events.Assist team members with technical procedures and tasks, provide mentorship and assistance to peers and junior team members.Review requirements, define test conditions, and analyze test results.
