Develop and execute strategic plans for enterprise-level projects, aligning them with the company\'s overall goals, objectives and main company OKRs• Define project scope, objectives, and key deliverables. Create detailed project plans and secure necessary resources. For instance, migration of terminals and online payments to the new provider for 14+ hotels for one of our key accounts• Identify and assess project risks, and develop mitigation strategies to minimize potential disruptions to project timelines and budgets. For example, managing new key account coming on board and migration of over 300 hotels, working together with internal stakeholders building strategy for the account, support structure, deployment, sales enablement and more• Create and maintain project timelines, tracking progress and ensuring on-time delivery of project milestones. Ensuring product development is on track and meets partners\' needs or ensuring partner is up to date if development is delayed• Establish effective communication channels with project stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status and addressing concerns. Ensuring internal stakeholders and partners are up to date via our internal tools such as slack or asana• Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and post-project evaluations back to the company internally and LT. Ensuring that reporting is up to date on time in Salesforce and Power BI• Identify and resolve project issues and conflicts promptly to keep projects on track. Working with partners on new solutions for bringing more hotels into our Mews world• Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle• Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the Enterprise Team, implementing Operational excellence framework by bringing value with our product by improving Guest experience, Efficiency and Revenue
