Transformative software engineer with experience supporting customers & infrastructure in the ITSM, RPA and Store selling tools spaces. Well-versed in automating and optimizing mission critical deployments over large scale infrastructure. Currently, my role involves taking requirements from the Business and ITSM departments and translating them into tangible outcomes which are exposed via APIs or the Remedy UI.These projects were as large as an environment upgrade, a new integration with Remedy, or fulfilling requirements such as profile changes, and database mapping modifications - to improve overall user experience.🤖 As well as, I am part of the Operations for our RPA infrastructure. In which, I am responsible for monitoring exceptions and executing on those exceptions whether infrastructure or Business Object oriented, as well as propagating larger issues to their respective developer which owns the process(es). These processes are dependent on various External and Internal systems such as Servicenow, Kronos, Mainframe, Opentext and more based on Use Case. I joined Lowe\'s during a time of mass digital transformation, there has been a shift towards containerization, open-source, and custom in-house solutions. This shift has been insightful and the exposure to many tools that orchestrate, configure and monitor various environments, has allowed teams and engineers like myself to, improve efficiency an astronomical amount. Successes included proactively reducing downtime due to failures in Automation dependencies, installing Open-Source monitoring environment-wide(Dev, Staging, Production), deployment of Hotfixes as received by the vendor, and constantly improving business workflows and processes in Production with consistent stakeholder feedback.
