My leadership approach blends operational excellence, data-informed growth, and inclusive strategy, bridging compassion with performance to drive sustainable success.In 2016, I founded Dynamic Therapy because I believe communication is a human right. What began as a single-provider practice has grown into a multi-state healthcare organization serving more than 400 clients weekly across six states. Under my leadership, Dynamic Therapy achieved a 430 percent revenue increase in three years, secured 12 school and government contracts, and built a diverse team of clinicians who reflect the communities we serve.Our work earned national recognition when Dynamic Therapy was named one of the Top 100 Small Businesses in America by the U.S. Chamber of Commerce’s CO—100 Awards, selected from over applicants. I was also honored with the Howard University Alumni Association Young Alumni Leadership Award (2025) and recognized by the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (2024) as an Early-Career Trailblazer for leadership and innovation in healthcare.In 2023, I founded Dynamic Cares, Inc, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit that has provided more than in free therapy services and educational scholarships to children and families facing financial barriers, expanding access, equity, and opportunity in underserved communities.I also lead Dynamic Experiences, a global event and travel brand that curates transformative experiences for individuals, corporations, and organizations across Asia, Europe, and North America, creating moments that connect, inspire, and empower.I hold both a Bachelor of Science and Master of Science in Communication Sciences and Disorders from Howard University, where I cultivated a lifelong commitment to leadership, advocacy, and service.Today, I am focused on leveraging my experience in organizational growth, healthcare transformation, experiential design, and strategic partnerships to help executive teams scale with purpose. Manage full P&L responsibility, leading budgeting, forecasting, and audit functions to ensure fiscal integrity and support ongoing investment in innovation and people. Establish and monitor performance metrics to evaluate clinician productivity, client outcomes, and retention, using data analytics to inform executive decision-making. Champion professional development and organizational culture, implementing leadership pathways and mentorship initiatives that strengthen retention and team engagement. Develop and maintain academic partnerships with 11 colleges and universities to train and mentor the next generation of speech-language pathologists, preparing 87 graduate clinicians to date for successful careers in the field.
