Dariush currently holds the role of Vice President, Corporate Finance, directly reporting to the CFO, where his responsibilities include being the Head of Financial Planning & Analysis, Pricing, Logistics and Sourcing. Prior, he was Head of Global Margins - Finance Director of FP & A, directly reporting to the CFO of StockX, being responsible for the Global Margins FP & A team. During his time, he had success in optimizing Shipping, Warehousing, SG & A and other operational costs to drive an unprofitable tech firm into profitability.Previous he was at Shake Shack, growing through multiple roles and promotions into his final role being the Director of FP & A, where he reported directly to the CFO. While at Shake Shack, Dariush had extensive experience with Revenue, Food Cost, Labor Cost, Site Level Margins, New Site Selection, Capital Allocation and Long Range Planning. Previous to Shake Shack, Dariush was at Target Corp with his final role as the Head of Finance of the Dairy/Frozen division, with extensive experience throughout the FP & A org, supporting Store Operations, Negotiations and Merchandising. Dariush earned praise through his ability to work with teams to optimize labor costs, lead industry leading negotiations savings and lead multiple F&B divisions to industry leading sales and margin growth.Dariush was heralded for his work with developing FP & A organizations, partnering with board of directors, driving operational changes, driving Investor Relations improvements and partnering with executives to drive improved performance and long term vision.
