Creating and executing the Full Potential Plan (FPP) for the Bethune site to establish a strategic approach with the appropriate capabilities that are in line with ongoing improvement.2. Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the progress and impact of continuous improvement (CI) activities.3. Facilitate the plant\'s adoption of reliability-centered maintenance (RCM), predictive maintenance (PdM), and other Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) pillars.4.
