PNMAC Capital Management LLC (“PCM”) is an investment adviser and wholly-owned subsidiary of PennyMac Financial Services, Inc. PCM manages and executes the investment strategy of PennyMac Mortgage Investment Trust (“PMT”) a mortgage real estate investment trust (mREIT) that invests primarily in residential mortgage loans and mortgage-related assets.In my current role I am responsible for the execution of whole loan trades with institutional investors (i.e. transaction management) and the structuring and negotiation of loan purchase/servicing agreements and private label securitizations (i.e. structured finance).
