I focus daily on capital planning, project execution of major capital projects (buildings and laboratories), and initiate research worth 100s of millions of dollars. I administer vast capital spending and forecasting, finances, and overall project management execution. 357 & (357) Maintained financial oversight for 2 design engineering firms, a general contractor, 80+ subcontractors assigned to the project, and numerous consultants (Move Management, Estimating, Process Engineering, Commissioning, and Validation). Developed and owned the Project Latest Estimate (LE) data and achievement of forecasted project spending. Conducted data synthesis and provision of intricate analysis to executive and cross-functional management, including Procurement, Legal, Finance, and Facilities and Engineering Vice President.
