ABOUT DARIOUS SAYLES

As an Operations Director at Travelers, I oversee the operations and processes associated with policy service activities for a leading insurance company. I have more than five years of experience in managing operations, insurance, and customer service, and a Master\'s degree in Organizational Leadership. My core competencies include team building, diversity and inclusion, time management, and strategic and tactical operational initiatives. I collaborate with underwriting, home office, and service staff to identify training needs, assess quality and performance standards, and ensure priorities are responsive to marketing, underwriting, and retention decisions. I also direct and empower a team of Account Managers, ensuring effective utilization of strategies, workflows, and standards, and meeting production and compliance goals. Additionally, I participate in major projects as assigned, and perform all necessary staff management functions. My mission is to provide excellent customer service, make operational and procedural improvements, and maximize the potential of others.
