About Darious Daniel Wilson

As a Technical Assistance Specialist at SERCAP, I support rural and low-income communities in accessing safe and affordable water and wastewater services. I work with local governments, nonprofits, and residents to provide technical assistance, education, and advocacy on water and sanitation issues. I also contribute to the development and implementation of community-based projects that improve the quality of life and the environment in the regions I serve.My passion for community development stems from my diverse and rich background. I was born in Japan and graduated from high school in Turkey, as a result of my father\'s service in the US Army. I followed his footsteps and joined the Army myself, where I have been serving for over four years. During my military career, I have gained valuable skills in leadership, teamwork, and problem-solving. I have also pursued my interest in film production, which has taken me to Germany, Italy, and France, where I participated in two internships at the Cannes Film Festival. I graduated from Delaware State University with a degree in Mass Communication/Media Studies, and I have honed my creative writing skills through various projects and courses. I aspire to continue working in the film industry and producing content of my own, while also making a positive impact in the communities I serve.
