About Dario Arganese

I am an alumnus from the University of Southern California with a bachelor\'s degree in Business Administration and a minor in Real Estate Development. I am passionate about learning new things and admire the input of others in group settings. I bring a prepared and driven approach when confronted with the most challenging problems, and I solve them with accuracy and efficiency. My skills include working with others, research, organization, leadership, dependability, public speaking, interpersonal skills, marketing, operating online platforms (Microsoft Office), and prioritizing tasks to execute tasks efficiently.As a group fitness instructor, I strive to motivate others beyond their perceived limits to reach new heights. As a team member and a leader, my goal is to inspire the people around me to maintain a positive attitude while achieving goals. Mindset is everything, and I hope to be the person on every team that brings an uplifting and inspiring demeanor when approaching all tasks and interactions. I enjoy meeting and working with people from different backgrounds and cultures as it offers an alternative way of looking at the task at hand. I hope to grow and succeed from interacting with others, and want to use my interpersonal skills in a real estate position-ideally investment, development, acquisitions, sales, or brokerage.
