ABOUT DARIO PISANTI
I hold a PhD in Cosmology, Space Science & Space Technology at Scuola Superiore Meridionale (Naples, Italy), during which I had the privilege of conducting the majority of my research at NASA Jet Propulsion Laboratory (Pasadena, US). My research interests lie at the intersection of machine learning and computer vision with applications in space robotics. I am currently dedicated to developing advanced perception algorithms for complex navigation and localization tasks in GPS-denied and challenging lighting environments, supporting the autonomous exploration of the Solar System.
