Qualified Italian attorney specialized in competition and IP law. Extensive experience in advising both companies and trade associations in an array of different industrial sectors (including publishing, air travel, insurance and automotive) on different issues of EU Competition law and IP law for which perceptive analysis and evidence-based arguments are necessary. Substantive experience in advising clients, both companies and public authorities, on IP rights matters, mainly with reference to infringements of trademarks and patents (including contributory infringements and infringement of standard-essential patents) and unfair competition practices.
