As responsible of the Aerospace & Defence Business Unit (€30M+), main duties include:• Implement the BU strategy and ensure profit with close monitoring of financial performance (P&L).• Ensure achievement of established targets and focusing on revenues, operational cash flow, project-on-time and on-cost, requested on-time delivery and quality.• Coordinate multi-functional teams (145+ employees) from Engineering, Product Engineering, Manufacturing, and Service departments- Providing technical leadership and guidance to the Engineering functions in design and development, supporting cross-fertilization among products within the BU portfolio- Ensuring Product Engineering functions provide support for the transition of products from development to production- Leading the Manufacturing unit to achieve targets and implement localized plans- Managing resource allocation decisions across teams- Handling personnel-related issues, including employee training and development, performance reviews, compensation and promotion recommendations, and mentoring;• Design and implement product lifecycle management processes and roadmaps to actively manage new and existing products.• Develop strong customer relationships by providing daily support in achieving their goals and analyzing feedback from the field.• Closely work with Business Development and Sales departments to define strategies and business outlook surveys.• Act (ad-interim) as Head of Planning and Program Management Team.
