Development, maintenance and enhancement of the HELYX software, reference in the numerical simulation of general fluid flows. Main responsibilities include: • Write and implement C++ code to build the core functionalities of the software, enabling precise and robust simulations of fluid flows for applications in industry. • Architect the CFD software framework to specifically address the intricacies of complex fluid flows. Ensure efficiency, scalability, robustness and compatibility with existing design tools and methodologies. • Devise, backport and refine specialized algorithms, particularly for simulations in moving meshes. • Improve the testing framework by designing a comprehensive verification system that fully covers the available features in the CFD software, to ensure code correctness.
