This has included modernising Microsoft 365, virtual desktop, and endpoint services in line with a global cloud‑first strategy, helping improve collaboration, productivity, and overall colleague experience, reflected in a significant increase in customer satisfaction.Alongside day‑to‑day service excellence, I work to strengthen governance, prioritisation, and ways of working, balancing cost efficiency with continued investment in the workplace.
