Continue working on the Virgin Media O2 project with online shop, MyO2 and web-app for retail stores, collaborating with stakeholders and acting as a bridge between the development team and the business with the same responsibilities as in the business analyst role but additionally lead a small team of Business Analysts and contribute to the hiring process, conducting technical interviews for potential candidates. Responsible for requirement elicitation and elaboration, conducting workshops with stakeholders, solution design and relationship with the client. Provide support to the development team during the implementation phase, ensuring solution, functional design, and final result are accurate. Oversee defect triage helping to resolve live incidents. Perform gap analysis and suggest ways to improve the existing solution. Support go-live and rollout activities for stores, online shop and MyO2. Undertake on-site activities at the client\'s location and provide support to the client with all solution queries.
