As a modeling and simulation specialist, I assist the strategy development and implementation for various Army M&S efforts. Prior to this role, I was an engineering technical manager, where I directly led and managed 20 engineers and technicians, while also serving as project technical manager for multi-million dollar projects and over 60 team members. Projects were in support of nuclear weapons production and other specialized mission sets.I SPECIALIZE IN: STRATEGY DEVELOPMENT: Coordinating with multiple entities to accomplish a common goal. MANUFACTURING: Led design for manufacturability assessments and machining improvements. PROCUREMENT: Managed millions of dollars of procurement from 16 key suppliers. PROCESS IMPROVEMENT: Developed non-conformance report mitigation method, resulting in 50% drop.
