About Darin Morgan

Experienced Recruiting and Marketing Director with a degree in nursing. I have demonstrated a history of working in the mental health Industry. I have strong skills in business development with a long history of marketing and recruiting staff including physicians, nurse practitioners, therapists with a doctoral or master’s degrees in counseling and psychology. I am responsible for being one of four directors who started Perspectives Behavioral Health in my previous role as Director of Nursing and Crisis Intervention and was then promoted to the Director of Marketing/Recruitment. I graduated from University of Arkansas - Fort Smith (previously Westark). I currently am master’s level instructor for the Crisis Prevention Institute that enables me to teach Crisis Prevention, Anti-Bullying, Trauma Informed Care and numerous other courses. I am also an instructor for both youth and adult Mental Health First Aid which is overseen by The National Council for Community Behavioral Healthcare. I have had the opportunity to provide supervision for the largest medical surgical hospital in Arkansas as a House Supervisor for Sparks Health Systems. This provided me with many opportunities to obtain certifications in ACLS as well as obtaining my chemotherapy administration certification. My work with Sparks Health System as a House Supervisor and an RN has been a simultaneous role that I have carried out while working as the Director of Marketing/Recruitment for Perspectives Behavioral Health. Having had the opportunity to work on most all medical surgical units as an RN, this position has allowed me to gain a vast amount of knowledge to provide medical services and supervision in many different areas while allowing me to gain more knowledge in HR and staff development. I have also had the opportunity to work as an RN in an inpatient psychiatric facility with one of the State of Arkansas leading psychiatrist as well as supervise an inpatient psychiatric facility for all ages
