Creative and Resourceful Professional with photography and customer relations experience along with a solid academic background in Management Science and Communication Arts; excellent analytical and technical skills; able to handle multiple projects while producing high quality work in a fast-paced environment. I am a young professional with a diverse set of experiences & skills seeking to find my niche in the professional world. When most children desired to play during summer vacation I found a need to get to work. I have done everything from odd jobs at a local insurance agency, delivering newspapers, working in retail sales, performing food & beverage duties, striving to provide exceptional service to customers in the gaming industry, working a corporate marketing position, podcasting, and owned my own photography business. To say that I am a hard worker is an understatement because I aim to exceed expectations in learning new skills and finding creative ways to add value to everyone. I appreciate the diverse world we live in as I have traveled to China, the Netherlands, Belgium, France, Switzerland, Germany, the Czech Republic, Austria, Italy, Spain, Portugal, and Vatican City to expand my world view and capture the natural and manmade beauty outside the US.

   This role has opened many doors and has presented me with some excellent opportunities. I have excelled and now have experience with vendor collaboration, standard operating procedure building, artificial intelligence, and more. After successfully demonstrating I was a good fit as a PM, I was fortunate enough to be an integral part of launching a support-centric chat and email bot that works with AI to grow and become better with each interaction. Project Management at Dutchie has also allowed me to build a scalable support training curriculum that was built over 5 full weeks with 200 hours invested. The finished product is an 88-hour training program developed with our enablement team. It is the most comprehensive, full-bodied, and well-rounded Dutchie POS Support training program to date. The above training buildout was delivered over five weeks in another country for a BPO Vendor Partner. This required clear and concise communication, presenting material in an engaging manner, adaptation of training materials to the audience, and the ability to pivot at a moment\'s notice. Doing this has enabled me to build lifelong relationships with our Support partners. As I continue to grow in this role, I am working on a PM certification while continuing to work on our AI project and execute other initiatives like employee engagement for our Support teams.
