Since I joined Dunham in I have focused on Healthcare mechanical and plumbing design. I have been involved with projects ranging from single room remodels to square foot additions to square foot new hospitals. The projects I have been involved with include radiology suites (MRI, X-ray, CT Scan, Interventional Radiology, Interoperative MRI), Surgery Suites, Women Care Suites, Emergency Departments, Mental Health, ICU, Med/Surg Patient Rooms, Pharmacies (USP 797 Compliance), Hospital Based Labs, Food Service, and Central Plant designs. The Central Plant designs have included chilled water systems, steam (high and low pressure) boiler systems, and hot water (conventional and condensing) boiler systems. The plumbing central systems I have been involved with include main domestic water supply, domestic water heaters (instantaneous and gas fired), and water treatment systems (softeners and RO/DI). I have experience with many types of air handling systems including VAV, dual duct VAV, constant volume reheat, multi-zone units, single zone, and dedicated equipment cooling systems. I have experience with medical gas systems including medical vacuum, medical air, nitrogen, oxygen, nitrous oxide, and carbon dioxide.
