My professional experience in Construction has been primarily healthcare. I have completed healthcare projects that range from $300 million up to $800 million, along with a $300 million corporate headquarters, and various smaller projects. My most recent experience has been consulting on various buildout projects in the U.S. as well as Europe, India and the Philippines. Assisting in project development, budgeting and implementation. I am currently working in a Business Development role securing and building relationships throughout North America with key clients sharing new technologies in building solutions and integrations.I have had the opportunity to work both in the office and the field over the last 30 years. Performing such duties as scheduling projects, overseeing safety and owner controlled insurance programs, closing out most of the projects and being responsible for a staff of up to 15 people. I have participated in several presentations for new projects and assisted in the preconstruction of each.Specialties: Scheduling, project delivery, safety and client relations.
