I am passionate about orchestrating talented staff, developing new partnerships and mobilizing new financial resources to achieve that vision. My expertise in the social development sector focuses on utilization-focused monitoring, evaluation, research and learning. I have led virtual teams spread across multiple countries and have worked in 16 countries as technical advisor and/or executive leader. I am fluent in Spanish. This international experience helps me to deeply relate to people of various backgrounds, especially those in low-resource environments, and work with them to achieve their desired future.
