ABOUT DARIN GIBBONS

As a founding partner since the company was established in 2007, Darin is responsible for developing Crossover\'s go to market strategy, vendor relationships and business development initiatives. A technology visionary with 30+ years of senior management and sales experience, he is a proven leader with a keen sense of embracing and positioning new technologies with Crossover\'s customers across North America. Darin cut his teeth at Motorola learning trunked-radio and public safety first responder systems, mission critical SCADA and telemetry systems and was a key team member in the deployment of the first underground wireless leaky feeder communications systems for the mining industry. After Motorola, Darin held management and senior sales positions at a large publicly traded distribution and system integration company bringing licensed microwave, fixed wireless broadband, hybrid-fiber coaxial cable, fiber optic and IP network solutions to various Tier1 to Tier 3 service providers, utility companies and value-added resellers. Under his tenure at Crossover, the company expanded into 3G/4G/LTE macro and in-building wireless / DAS solutions and the company is currently transitioning to support 5G and converged network solutions. In his free time, Darin can be found playing hockey, downhill skiing, golfing or playing music at family or social functions.
