At this position, I successfully develop Atlantic Grupa brands on international markets of Scandinavia, CEE and West Europe with significant ( double digit ) growth of sales and brand awareness, as well I ensure operational improvement for further brand development within the markets. In 2018 Atlantic Group brand Argeta was became No1 pate in Europe based on Nielsen report. I successfully implemented 10 different strategic sales and marketing projects for few AG brands in EU countries in Mass Market retail and in special channels.As a Country Manager I am responsible for contract management, distribution management, profit and loss management.My main responsibility within global distribution account management at this position is to propose, establish and implement “route to market “strategy of Atlantic Grupa core brands (own production brands with international footprint) through distribution network in dedicated countries. That includes strategic leadership connected with R&D, marketing, brand management, finance department, legal department and sales operation to research export market, category competition, potential distributors and negotiation for distribution agreement. After defined \" route to market strategy\" following implementation of Brand strategy through main goals and objectives, monitoring, measurement and optimization of processes in cooperation with distributors, as well providing activities in sales and trade marketing driving results and build key client relationships.
