As Vice President and General Manager of Turner’s Mid-Atlantic region, I drive the business unit’s strategy, execution, and growth. By fully aligning our teams, projects, and partnerships with Turner’s values, I focus on delivering consistent excellence across all aspects of our operations.Over my 36-year career at Turner, I’ve led high-impact projects and culture-shaping initiatives—from serving as Project Superintendent and Executive to leading our national inclusion strategy. As Turner’s former VP of Inclusion, I founded the Employee Resource Group (ERG) program, expanding it to over 40 offices and advancing equity across the company.I serve on the boards of the ACE Mentor Program of Washington, D.C, and the Associated General Contractors of America (AGC), helping shape the future of the industry and expand opportunities for the next generation of builders. My leadership has been recognized by Richmond Public Schools, the Metropolitan Business League, and African American Real Estate Professionals.Signature projects include the Martin Luther King Jr. National Memorial (D.C.), Salamander Resort & Spa (VA), and the National Intrepid Center of Excellence (MD). I hold a B.S. in Construction Technology from Norfolk State University and a J.D. from South Texas College of Law.
