In this role, I work closely with product and marketing teams to ensure that new programs maintain company integrity, and that branding strategies generate innovative ideas to promote EBSCONET, EBSCO Marketplace, and EBSCO Connect. This role allows me to combine my creative, analytical, and management abilities, and in the past 10 years I feel fortunate to have worked with such excellent staff, in exceptional projects and campaigns. As Program Manager/PMP, I summarize and communicate the status of all campaigns with appropriate internal contacts and client teams, including client-facing reports in Excel and/or PowerPoint with data visualization and insights.
