   Architect and operate hybrid cloud infrastructure within TS/SCI enclave, owning end-to-end platform operations across identity services (AD, LDAP, Kerberos, SAML, OAuth), databases (MSSQL), storage (NetApp), networking (Palo Alto Panorama), virtualization (VMware Horizon VDI), and security services (RSA/MFA, PKI/CA).
