   Duties: o Performs outreach to projects that utilize, or will utilize the I&T Complex, to communicate Code 549 processes to minimize problems and maximize efficiency. o Estimates, issues, revises, closes, and provides cost control of Work Directives for projects requesting work from Code 549 and the ETIS contract. o Prepares Memorandum of Understanding documents with projects for workspaces in the I&T Complex. Negotiates requirements with the projects to agree and sign the MOUs. o Ensures that work practices and hardware of projects are evaluated to comply with safety and occupational health standards, rules, regulations (e.g, Mechanical Systems Division Safety Manual)• Visualization And Design Lead for the Integration & Testing (I&T) Complex o Performs visualization studies for project customers as requested to show Integration and Testing layouts in cleanrooms and labs. o Leads the 3-D digitization project of the I&T Complex using laser scans and related software to create the ability to do walk-through videos or virtual reality environments of key areas. • Task Monitor for Integration, Purge and Design Groups on the ETIS o Serves as overall Task Order 2 monitor evaluating performance and providing inputs for the monthly branch status reviews and 6-month performance evaluation boards. o Meets regularly with various teams to keep up to speed on their activities and concerns. o Assists the team with determining and implementing Creo/Windchill processes for Code 549. • ACCOMPLISHMENTS: o Generated I&T Visualizations and Digital Twin models for the following projects: WFIRST/ RST, OSAM-1, PACE, GDC, CCRS, o Recognized for 15 years of Civil Service
