Ensure that Health Equity is at the center of all Community Health Center (CHC) initiatives with a focus on expanding access to a continuum of SUD continuum of care, community engagement, low-threshold care and diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging initiatives center-wide.Represent the MLCHC among, collaborate with, and inform key stakeholders, including funders on implementation and evaluation of the MGB SUD Equity Grant.Support development of Needs Assessment tool and process to inform project, designed to elicit information from key community stakeholders about increasing access, engagement, and retention among communities of color. Seek and analyze overdose and treatment access data, stratified by Race and Ethnicity, in the Boston area to inform development of project and support identification of stakeholders to include and inform about MGB SUD Equity Grant.Convening of Advisory Council including: community outreach to develop membership; collaboratively planning agendas; facilitating meetings within a participatory processDesign and implement procurement / application process for interested CHCsSupport fiscal tracking, budget development, and invoicing for MGB SUD Equity Grant and participating CHCs.Oversee development of training/TA content and coordination of content with partnersServe as the primary contact for all community health centers involved in the training, as the touchpoint for all experts delivering training.Support program monitoring and evaluation to ensure progress toward goals/outcomes of training / TA
