ABOUT DARIAN BELCHER

With close to 20 years of experience in the appliance industry, I am a passionate and driven leader who strives to deliver operational excellence and best practice for warehousing and transportation. I have a strong background in supply chain management, warehouse operations, production and materials planning, and procurement, as well as a certification in production and inventory management (CPIM). I enjoy working in a dynamic and innovative environment, where I can leverage my skills and expertise to support the growth and success of Fisher & Paykel Appliances, a global leader in premium home appliances.As the logistics director at Fisher & Paykel Appliances since January 2019, I have been setting the direction for the logistics operations and inventory management for North America, overseeing a network of distribution centers and 3PL partners. I am responsible for developing and implementing strategic plans, systems, and structures to ensure supply and demand requirements are met safely, efficiently, and effectively. I also manage contract negotiations, project management, performance evaluation, risk management, and continuous improvement initiatives. I work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, finance, and operations, to ensure alignment and coordination of goals and objectives. I am always eager to learn new skills and technologies, and to share my knowledge and insights with others.
