As an experienced design leader, I\'ve had the privilege of working on a diverse array of projects within the tech industry, ranging from large corporations to budding startups. Starting my journey as an intern, I rapidly progressed to the roles of Design Leader and Manager. My expertise encompasses building high-performance design teams from the ground up, devising innovative product and design strategies, fostering product-led growth, and making substantial contributions to business objectives across various sectors such as B2C, B2B2C, B2B, and SaaS products.I excel in establishing Design and UXR processes, setting OKRs, identifying product-market fit, and launching new products. I\'ve played a significant role in the creation and expansion of multiple revenue streams within my companies. With a strong focus on results, I\'ve helped organizations improve customer satisfaction, optimize growth efforts and costs, and achieve boost in key performance metrics and profits.My passion for psychology and the application of scientific approaches to product development is unwavering. I firmly believe that building a great design team requires a human-first mentality and a deep understanding of both the business and personal needs of team members in order to create an ideal fit for everyone.In my spare time, I take pleasure in mentoring founders and early-stage design managers on establishing design functions within their companies, as well as guiding designers in advancing their careers.
