As Chief of Staff for Bain’s Americas Enterprise Technology practice, I have helped triple the team size and revenues in the past 5 years through building robust data-driven systems and processes. A trusted advisor to senior leaders, I supported Bain teams in selling and serving technology transformation work.Prior to my internal leadership role, I worked directly with clients across telecom, consumer products, and financial services to shape growth strategies, cost transformations, and technology roadmaps that delivered measurable results. Those experiences continue to ground my approach in pragmatic problem-solving and client empathy.Before consulting, I earned a Ph.D. in Chemistry, where I studied new compounds for renewable energy applications—improving solar fuel efficiency and wastewater treatment technologies. That scientific training deepened my curiosity for how complex systems work and continues to shape how I approach business challenges today: through rigorous analysis, creativity, and a drive to build sustainable solutions.
