Manage and maintain multiple DD Group websites using CMS platforms including Optimizely and WordPress+WooCommerce, as well as custom code implementations. Build and optimise landing pages in Optimizely CMS using modular content blocks and source code, applying SEO best practices to boost visibility and engagement. Monitor and analyse web performance using Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console, Microsoft Clarity, and Hotjar to guide UX/UI improvements and identify optimisation opportunities. Plan and execute onsite marketing campaigns, track performance metrics, and deliver actionable weekly reports to stakeholders. Develop and implement eCommerce strategies, including on-site search enhancements (Algolia and Optimizely), dynamic merchandising, and personalised product/category recommendations. Lead SEO optimisation initiatives across key pages and landing areas to improve search rankings and organic traffic. Run A/B tests to determine the most effective layouts and content strategies based on user behaviour and conversion data. Perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and regression testing to ensure smooth deployment of new features and maintain site stability. Improve customer journeys through continuous UX enhancements, content structuring, and performance optimisation. Contribute to front-end development and visual updates for branded websites using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript in line with brand standards.
